At least the fifth bank robbery has occurred in Germany in the last two months.
Medianews.az, citing "Report", reports that this information was published by "Deutsche Welle".
It was noted that in the city of Stuhr near Bremen, robbers entered the basement of the local Volksbank branch through a light well and looted 14 safe deposit boxes.
Since the contents of the safes are bank secrets, the extent of the damage is not yet known. During the robbery, the criminals sprayed an unknown liquid in the bank's basement. It is assumed that this caused complaints of discomfort and nausea among the branch employees.
Firefighters and emergency workers responded to the call and provided medical assistance to two employees. The people inside the building were evacuated. Tests did not detect high concentrations of dangerous substances.
Regarding the suspects in the robbery, witnesses saw three people in blue overalls heading from the bank building towards a black car. The search for the thieves is ongoing.
