Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov have had a phone conversation, APA reports citing the Russian Foreign Ministry.
During the telephone conversation initiated by the Azerbaijani side, the FMs exchanged views on the most urgent issues of the international and regional agenda.
