Following the seismic event in the city of Malatya, Türkiye, a total of 23 individuals have sustained injuries, Turkish Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca said, APA reports.
“In accordance with the latest information, following the earthquake, 22 individuals in Malatya and 1 person in Adıyaman were injured due to collapsing structures after being trapped under debris,” F.Koca stated on their “X” (Twitter) account.
He further added that over 20 emergency medical vehicles have been dispatched to the area, and the treatment of those admitted to the hospital is ongoing.
