International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi is scheduled to visit Kiev and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) next week, according to a statement released by the agency on Sunday, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The IAEA aims to enhance its presence at the ZNPP in an effort to protect it during the ongoing military conflict in the country, although further details regarding the mission’s objectives were not disclosed.
