Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-saud has called for an end to fighting in Sudan during a telephone conversation with Sudanese army commander Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and special forces leader Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, the nation’s foreign ministry announced, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The foreign minister reaffirmed the kingdom’s call for de-escalation, respect for national interests, and an end to all types of hostilities. He also emphasized that the parties to the conflict in Sudan should return to the framework agreement signed between the military and civilian forces.
