From 2-4 August, the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan will organize a new edition of the EuroSchool in one
of the regions of Azerbaijan. In total, 18 young motivated people aged 18 -25 from all over the country
will be selected to take part in the EuroSchool, supported by the European Union (EU) Delegation to
Azerbaijan and the EU Neighbours East communication project.
During the three-day event the participants with international trainers will engage in a number of interactive
sessions to learn more about the EU, its history, fundamental principles and values, issues relating to energy
and the environment, European Neighbourhood Policy, the Eastern Partnership initiative, and EU-Azerbaijan
relations. They will also hear about education and other opportunities available for young people in Europe.
Along with the educational part of the programme, the participants will also join excursions within the
region. Young people from the European Union countries will also join the event and share their knowledge
and experience with their peers in Azerbaijan.
Transportation from Baku to the region and back, meals and accommodation will be covered by the EU
Delegation.
Participants will be selected on the basis of their CV and Motivation Letters in English, covering also the topic
“EU-Azerbaijan – stronger together”, which should be sent to Delegation-Azerbaijan@eeas.europa.eu
by 26 June 2022. More information about the programme and eligibility criteria is provided from the EU
Delegation web-site https://www.eeas.europa.eu/delegations/azerbaijan_en .
The event is the fifth EU-focused summer school organised in Azerbaijan. It is supported in the framework of

States and Eastern partnership countries.
