Friendship groups in parliaments and cooperation in international parliamentary organizations play a unique role in the development of relations between countries, Chairman of the Georgian Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee Nikoloz Samkharadze said at the 7th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia in Shusha.
Nikoloz Samkharadze noted that this format creates a good basis for development, Report informs.
Such events are essential in considering the role of parliaments in regional cooperation, he added.
