A statue of Azerbaijani independence poet Ahmad Javad has been erected in Ankara, APA reports citing the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkey.
The opening ceremony of the statue erected in the Turkish History Museum and Park will take place on May 5.
At the same time, a memorial service for the poet will be held on the same day.
