Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi held a phone call with Abdelmadjid Tebboune, president of Algerian on Sunday, APA reports citing Ennahar Online.
The presidents discussed the situation in the Middle East and bilateral relations. Tebboune and Raeisi touched upon the situation in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In addition, the presidents of Iran and Algeria further emphasized the need to take practical steps based on the roadmap for the development of bilateral cooperation.
Tebboune and Raeisi agreed to organize mutual visits in the future.
